Winter property taxes will be mailed out on November 28, 2025, and are payable beginning December 1, 2025. Winter property taxes, as well as personal property taxes, are due by February 17, 2026, without penalty fees.

Dates of Importance:

December 30th, 2025: Last date for payments to be received in our office to have a 2025 posting date.

February 17th, 2026: Last date for winter tax payments to be received in our office without penalty.

March 2nd, 2026: Last day for all real property tax payments to be received Office will be open from 9-5 (tax collection only)

March 3rd, 2026:  All unpaid property taxes are turned over to Ingham County as delinquent for collections on this date at the start of business day. Only personal property taxes will be collected at the township.

Payments:

In Person- during normal business hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10-4

Drop Box- located just outside the township office front door

Mail- check or money order, no credit card payments are accepted currently.

There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.
