* Summer tax bills will be mailed by July 1, 2026

* Summer taxes are due Monday September 14, 2026.

* If your bill is paid by a mortgage company you will find a message on your bill

   stating a copy of your bill has been requested.

* Please Note: After September 14^th, an additional 1% interest will be added

    from the 15^th -30^th and an additional 1% each month until paid 

* Payments can be made:

-In person– hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10-4

           (September 14th, the office will be open 9-5 for tax collection)

–By Mail– with a check or money order. Postmarks are not accepted

                           (expect7-10 days for delivery).

–Drop box– located at front door. Payments in the drop box after hours will  be receipted the following business day.

* Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee.

* Summer Tax Deferment forms -can be requested and must be filled out    and returned by September 14th.
